He has a technique that involves quoting the wooden poles with oil and it works. My poles are still intact and have no termites at all. Yes he also does mesh fencing and other types.. He also travels to different places if you need him to come to you he will do so.

Generally it’s a bit difficult to come up with a monetary value as most rural people still do it the old way using clay, logs and grass they gather locally. It’s possible to buy the raw materials but I have no idea what it would cost. My concept is a bit different because it’s the same traditional style except using real bricks and plastering with a thatched roof. I’ll definitely share the finished buildings with all the cost once everything is done.

There is a passage in isiphala then compartments like windows containing different food eg maize. millet sorghum unshelled peanuts or round nuts etc. When collecting you collect through ‘windows' which are made of mud so you can open the windows you can also seal them with mud again. Yes most people use them for kitchens. There’s still quite a few families that have several huts that are used as separate rooms. For example they’d be a hut that’s a bed room and a separate one that’s a kitchen and living area. Some families have Morden buildings but will have a hut that they use as a kitchen. This is just in the rural areas though. Wow moving to Zimbabwe that’s amazing. I’m sure you’ll love it. I’d love to know how you get on please keep me updated. 🙏🏿🥰🥰🥰

Wooden poles are much cheaper that steel poles and we love that we can make them very thick.Steel poles can be expensive and have high maintenance costs , they also need to be painted to make then corrosion-resistant.
